Booking & Cancellations

All classes and private sessions must be booked in advance through our online scheduling system. To cancel without penalty, please cancel at least 12 hours before your scheduled class or session. Late cancellations and no-shows will be charged the full class/session rate or forfeit the class from your pack or membership.

Late Arrivals

For your safety and the flow of class, clients arriving more than 10 minutes after class start may not be permitted to join. The class will still count as used from your pack or membership.

Class Packs

Class packs expire 30 or 45 days from the date of purchase, depending on the package selected. Packs are non-refundable and non-transferable.

Memberships

All unlimited memberships require a 3-month minimum commitment. Memberships auto-renew monthly until cancelled in writing with at least 14 days notice after the commitment period.

Founders Legacy Membership: requires a 12-month commitment and is limited to the first 50 members during the launch period. Founders Membership clients may cancel after completing their 12-month commitment, or their membership will automatically transition to the regular Unlimited Mat & Reformer membership rate at the conclusion of the Founders pricing term.

Intro Offers

Intro offers are available to new clients only and are limited to one per person. Intro offers cannot be combined with other promotions.

What to Wear & Bring

Please wear form-fitting, comfortable activewear. Grippy socks are required for all Reformer and Mat classes — they’re available for purchase at the studio. Bring water; mats and props are provided.

Health & Safety

Please notify your instructor of any injuries, recent surgeries, pregnancy, or medical conditions before class. If you’re feeling unwell, please stay home and cancel your reservation — we’re happy to waive late cancellation fees in case of illness.

Studio Etiquette

Please arrive 5–10 minutes early, silence your phone, and respect the calm energy of our space. Personal belongings can be stored in our cubbies.
