Cancellation Policy

  • 8-hour cancellation window. Classes and private sessions must be cancelled at least 8 hours before the start time to avoid a fee.
  • Late cancellations & no-shows are charged the applicable fee and the class is deducted from your pack or membership.
  • Late arrivals: clients arriving more than 5 minutes after start time may not be permitted to join, and the class still counts as used.
  • Intro to Reformer is required to be completed before scheduling additional reformer classes.
